At approximately 1,750 sf each, these buildings were constructed over old slabs left after apartment buildings were destroyed by fire. The wood framed buildings feature 2x6 walls with open cell spray-in insulation, clear-span wood trusses, floor to ceiling storefront glazing (to maximize natural light) and unique Mexican adobe brick laid with the bed joint as the face for an unusually proportioned brick coursing.
