The City of Austin completed a renovation of the Morris Williams Golf Course and constructed a new pro shop and cart barn in 2013. The new two story pro shop building with the cart barn underneath the pro shop and food concession area has proven to be a great design for staff efficiency and patron convenience. The viewing decks and open feel of the building allows for golfers and non-golfers a chance to enjoy the golf course. The overall design and functionality of the new building has been a great improvement, thanks in large part to the team at hatch+ulland owen architects (h+uo).
