ABJ Interviews Erik Ulland about Morris Williams Golf Course Clubhouse Project

Erik Ulland at Hatch + Ulland Owen Architects in Austin designed the new clubhouse and shares with ABJ some of the details of the project.  Construction on the new pro shop and clubhouse at Morris Williams Golf Course began recently, as the city of Austin invests $4.4 million in the redevelopment of the golf course and the clubhouse.

Hatch + Ulland Owen Architects (H+UO) is pleased to announce that M Station, the recently-completed multi-family community designed by Hatch + Ulland Owen Architects, received the Social Impact Award from the Austin Business Journal, as well as one of the highest scoring USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum Awards for its sustainable and energy efficient design.

Presented at ACRE‘s Annual Luncheon at Austin’s Four Seasons Hotel March 30th, the award was accepted by Walter Moreau, Executive Director of Foundation Communities, Tom Hatch, Founder and Principal of Hatch + Ulland Owen Architects and Bailey-Elliott Construction Company.
