Aspen Heights Charlotte is a recently completed student housing project for the students attending the University of North Carolina Charlotte by student housing developer Aspen Heights out of Austin, Texas. It includes ten 3-story Apartment Buildings with associated parking , a Clubhouse and Maintenance Building as well as a swimming pool and other amenities.
