In 1978, Tom Hatch designed a small two story home which included a greenhouse that captured and reused heat for winter warming. Six remodels and additions over the next 34 years brought about a wonderful net zero home with the most inviting and beloved greenhouses in this part of the country. This unique home features both tropical and desert greenhouses, all in the midst of a 340-acre nature preserve.
